Programs A & B

Chesapeake School of Esthetics: Skin Care and Makeup Artistry admits applicants who are a least 17 years old, who can present a high school diploma or a copy of their high school transcripts or G.E. D., or can provide evidence of having successfully completed a ninth grade education. If the students first language is not English, they may have to pass the Ability to Benefit Entrance Exam with a passing score of at least 24. All potential students must be a United States citizen or hold a US Visa which authorizes permanent employment in the United States.


Program A - The 600 Hour Skin Care and Makeup Artistry Program

Enrollment for this program is extremely limited. Interested candidates must be able to meet all financial and schedule requirements. If you are interested in this program, we require that all potential candidates of this program schedule a preliminary interview to discuss the specifics of this program. A catalog detailing all aspects of the school will be furnished to each student. The catalog covers all aspects of the school, including schedule of tuition and fees and methods of payment. An Enrollment Agreement must be signed at the time of registration along with the submission of an enrollment fee ($600) which serves to hold the students spot in the class session selected.

Program B - Makeup Artist Specialist Certification Program

To obtain an Enrollment Agreement for the Makeup Artist Specialist Certification Course you may email us or call:  410-757-5545.  Our website feature download the Enrollment Agreement (pdf format) is currently under construction.  Your completed Enrollment Agreement must be submitted along with a payment of 50% of the total cost of the program ($475).  This deposit is payable by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. The 50% deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the program and will hold a place in the class session for the student.  The balance of the tuition ($475) will be due in full by the first day of classroom instruction.  

Students who chose not to enroll, fail to pay the remainder of their tuition balance by the due date or fail to show up for class on the fist day of instruction will be charged a cancellation fee of $200. Students who withdraw from the Makeup Artist Specialist Certification Course after the first day of instruction will receive a refund based on the proportion of the total course taught by date of withdrawal.  Students who withdraw after classes have begun will also be charged the $200 cancellation fee.

Students have 3 days after signing an enrollment agreement to request a full refund.

There will be a 7% processing fee added to all credit card charges.
